Over the years Soke Browne has developed a strong armoury of techniques and practices designed specifically for street defence. He understands how important it is that you feel confident when you’re out on the streets, particularly at night. When you’ve been spending time learning self-defence skills, you’re more alert and more self-aware, making you less vulnerable to unwelcome attention.

Sarah Mitchell

"I used to feel nervous walking alone at night, but after just a few self-defence sessions, I feel so much more confident. The instructors are amazing – they break things down in a way that’s easy to understand, even if you’ve never done anything like this before. I can’t recommend it enough!"

James Riley

"This class isn’t just about learning how to defend yourself – it’s about building real confidence and awareness. I’ve done other fitness classes, but this gave me practical skills I can actually use. It’s empowering, challenging, and a lot of fun."

Priya Desai

"Joining the self-defence class was one of the best decisions I’ve made this year. I loved how supportive and welcoming everyone was, regardless of experience. I now walk taller, think sharper, and feel ready for anything. Thank you!"
