You don’t need to be fit, flexible, or have done martial arts before. Our classes are designed for beginners and we’ll guide you every step of the way.
Wear something comfortable.
A t-shirt and tracksuit bottoms or gym shorts are perfect. We train barefoot on mats — no special gear needed for your first session.
Just bring water and a positive attitude.
We’ll provide any equipment you might need, so you don’t have to worry about buying anything upfront.
You’ll be welcomed at the door.
We’ll introduce you to your instructor, give you a quick tour, and help you settle in before class starts.
You’ll be partnered with someone supportive.
We pair beginners with experienced, friendly partners who’ll help you learn — no ego, no pressure.

There’s no pressure to keep up. We encourage everyone to listen to their body and take breaks when needed.
